What are the shipping fees and times?

We currently offer shipping to both US and Canadian residents.

Shipping is free in the U.S. for all orders over $50. Please allow 2-10 days from the date of posting.

Standard shipping: $8.00. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from the date of posting.

Express 2 Day shipping: $20.00. This is 2 day delivery from the date of posting.

Due to COVID-19, there are delays with both Standard and Express options. Please allow extra delivery time.

During summer season or hot weather, we recommend the express shipping option due to the possibility of products melting during the transit. With order over $100, we do offer a free upgrade for an eco-friendly insulation solution.

For Canada residents:

International shipping fees are based on weight. This may take up to 3-4 weeks, due to customs.

How are meltable products shipped during hot weather?

We recommend selecting the Express shipping option to help reduce the transit time for meltable products. For orders over $100, we are proud to offer a free upgrade for an eco-friendly insulation solution during hot summers. Our insulation is 100% biodegradable, compostable, and can be safely dissolved under warm running water. It is made from non-GMO corn.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we offer shipping to residents in the United States and Canada. We plan to expand to shipping to other countries in the future.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Due to Covid-19, there has been a worldwide delay in shipping. If it has been over 10 days and you have not yet received your package, please contact us and we will reach out to the carrier service to initiate an investigation.

Do you perform animal testing?

We do not test our products on animals. Our products have only been tested on willing family and friends.

What should I do if I'm getting a rash?

Please do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend that you perform a patch test before using our products. Please consult your doctor if you notice a rash or an adverse reaction.

What is your return policy?

We strive to deliver high quality products and we stand behind our products. In the rare event that a product came damaged or if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will either issue you a replacement or a refund. We mean it when we say we are committed to a “happi you”!

How do I dispense product from the kraft tubes?

Gently push the bottom of the tube with your finger. Slowly recap to close.

Why has my balm changed consistency or color?

We use organic, unrefined coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, and candelilla wax. Since there are no harmful chemicals nor stabilizers, the balm may melt and change consistency and color over time. This does not change the quality of the product. We recommend that you store your balm products in a cool, dry place, especially out of hot cars.

Why are the lip balm or skin care jars changing color?

We use unrefined plant butters and oils, therefore it is natural for the oils to separate over time. Our lip balm tubes and skincare jars are made of biodegradable food grade paper. We do not line our lip balm tubes nor skin care jars with plastic, but there is a thin wax that lines the inside of the container. The separation of the natural oils may cause some darkening of the kraft paper container over time. This does not change the quality of the product. Keep lip balms and skin care products in a cool place; do not leave products in a hot car.

What is the shelf life of lip and skin care products?

Our lip balms and skin care products have a recommended shelf life of 12 months. However, after the product is opened, we recommend using the product within 6 months, because the biodegradable packaging will start to degrade and change into a darker color. This does not change the quality of the product. Please ensure you maximize the life of your products by storing them in a cool and dry place. Avoid introducing your products to water to prevent mold and ensure the caps are placed back on immediately after use.

Are your products really eco-friendly?

Yes! We are proud to say that our ingredients, personal health items, and even packaging materials are compostable, biodegradable and eco-friendly. We do not use any palm oil nor do we perform animal testing. We partner with suppliers and manufacturers who are also environmentally-focused. Additionally, with every order, a portion is donated to to plant trees all over the world!
